Switch Recycling App Update New: Security Questions for Account Recovery We've added an extra layer of protection to help you secure and recover your account. What's New: • Set up personal security questions directly from your account settings. Use security questions to verify your identity during password resets or suspicious login attempts • Answers are encrypted and never stored in plain text Why This Matters: As we continue to handle more financial transactions on the platform, this update strengthens account recovery options and adds a safeguard against unauthorized access especially useful if you lose access to your registered email or phone number. How to Set It Up: • Go to Settings → Security • Tap Set Up Security Questions • Choose from the provided question list (or create your own, if enabled) • Save your answers Notes: Existing users will be prompted to set up security questions. We recommend choosing answers only you would know, and avoiding answers that are publicly guessable
