Aweful lazy developers that don’t respect the iOS UI/UX
This app is a disgrace to its iOS users.
You should avoid Switcher products altogether, they don’t support HomeKit anyway.

שירות טכני מזעזע
כל עוד המוצר והאפליקציה עובדים הכל נפלא. ברגע שיש תקלה באפליקציה ופונים לתמיכה הטכנית אפשר רק לחלום על לקבל פתרון.
1. אין אפשרות לשוחח עם תמיכה טכנית בטלפון, רק במייל.
2. אין שום מעקב שלהם אחר פניות שנפתחות במייל.
3. הייתי צריך לרדוף אחריהם שבועיים כדי לקבל תגובה ש״התקלה באפליקציה בבדיקה״.
לא מפתיע שהחברה הזאת לא מופיעה בגוגל, הם בטח חוששים מהדירוגים השליליים שלקוחות יעלו לשם.

Not syncing with app
Worked for 6 month and now My Smart power plug is not found in the app. Smart plug is in pairing mode and nothing. Need fix.
Maybe the next version will work
It has always been very bad at connecting but now it just doesn’t work. It never worked reliably. I bought another that never worked. I look forward to this product improving.
No Siri support
The app itself is nice and works OK - but the fact that there is no automation or Siri support is a poor decision - hope it will be fixed

Most app like this has a lot of bugs. This one worked smoothly.

Great devices and great support! Definite game changer.
Almost unusable in the winter
It’s hard to keep the water warm during the day in the winter. At a minimum, allow 24 schedules - app currently limited to 8 schedules, which means one every 3 hours of the day, that’s far from being enough and also much worse than a simple mechanical timer than provides 15-minute resolution (96 time slices per day). Other wishes: sort the schedules list by starting time (current sorting looks random); allow user to input mains voltage and price per kWh as current cost calculation is off; allow Auto Shutdown of less than an hour.

Wonderful service
I had an issue with my device and they offered to fix it for free even though it was out of warranty. Service was very reponsive and they even fixed a big without me having to send my unit it. The app could use some improvements. Otherwise I would've given 5 stars. Thanks Switcher. Keep up the good work!

Well intentioned but…
A “smart home” app that doesn’t work with smart home devices? Google? Siri? Can’t we do better than this by now?
Often upon opening, the app doesn’t know or misleads about the status of the boiler. More than I nce when I opened it, it was lit red and counting that it had been on for 30 minutes when it was, in fact, off the whole time. Not Good.

Bug: once reaching maximum temperature stuck at home screen and has to restart the app.
Bug: schedule get lost from app while the device is still programmed with previously set schedule.
Bug: doesn’t preserve schedule after power and WiFi surprise breaks.

Good product but missing integration with Apple Home
App works well, but still missing integration with Apple Home app.

BAD APP - BEWARE
Account error over and over again, there’s no tech support, the app is very bad and doesn’t work.
UI is BAD, not fit good on iPhone 7 plus

No option to make a 23 mins time (only to guess)
Cut at the bottom, when Using Location App like waze.
(On Android is worst! All the text is crops if the text is big in the Android setting)
Sometimes connection lost.
Please hire some QA and UI TO FIX THIS PROBLEMS.
