Fancy Looking Not Functional
I found the service to be the opposite of everything advertised; it is certainly not fast, it is unreliable. Very frustrating to use. No user guide with a complex interface. Customer service remains unreachable. No contact and no quick help. Things that make the app a massive bore to use. I’m trying to withdraw my money but I cannot even because only to log in has been taking hours. I am exhausted and frustrated. I hope this gets better but I have no plans of downloading this app again in the foreseeable future.
