Can’t use the app on dark mode

Good luck trying to see your booked sessions if you use dark mode on your phone. Emailed support with screenshots a month ago and got no response. You’d think for a film festival app they’d consider the UX for people who might be using the app during the night when they’re seeing films.

The SFF app makes planning, buying tickets, remembering when & where the films are so much easier (still not easy). The ❤️ function especially improves planning, when there is sooo much to choose from.

It would be good if you could also manually select seating for the theatres via the app.

Fix the lag

Decent UX except for the lag. This app freezes to load frequently and it’s incredibly frustrating. I love this festival and find the app an easy way to check screenings and purchase tickets but the lag is killing me. Please fix!!
