For those who don’t want to spend time to monitor the market this app is great. They have a number of portfolios to choose from, making it suitable for different risk takers.
Reinstating view chart
Hi Syfe. I have been using Syfe for quite sometime. Everything was so good and user friendly till you guys took away the link to view the graph chart from the “price alert”. Please reinstate back this function. It has caused very much inconvenience.
Bad customer service
No response on whatsapp and phone call, whatsapp for 5 times for whole day still keep silent.

Do not use their USD portfolio, slow bank transfers
As title reads do not use their USD “guaranteed” portfolio. The FX spread will kill you with a sure loss and marketing is dishonest with their tactics.
The bank withdrawal lead time is VERY SLOW
Their FX rates are quite terrible. They also do not have UCITS index funds. Their managed portfolios have high management cost and little benefit. Don’t be burned like me! Just use this app sparingly for Sg stocks. Use others like IBKR for the best rates for foreign stocks.

Please let us have dark mode in the App setting and auto-invest (money market fund) for idle cash in Syfe Trade

Good Choice
Good platform to do investment for the people like me who is a beginner investor or is a young couple trying to settle with low income for a small family in SG.
Feedbacks
- in custom or any robo investment portfolio maybe let us know which sector or stocks in the portfolio is doing well. such as in custom, my Equity sector performs the best but Commodity not doing well, from there I would know what to remove and what to add.. amending would be easier
Best for beginners
After testing multiple brokerage platforms, I find Syfe more intuitive and easier to use for beginners.
I like the new feature that allows multiple categories for a single stock. It will be even better to have the flexibility to move the groups in the preferred sequence.
I would also like to see the difference between my capital vs the market value now so I can see my p/l.
It would be great to see past transactions of the stocks I sold even if I don't own them now.
Overall, the user experience is great! Keep up the good work!

User Friendly App
This is a good and user friendly investment app. There is different investment cash deposit options which increase the investment flexibility and the interest rate offered is higher relatively.
Horrible app changes
Horrible when it comes to app updates! Today I was forced to login via password due to an UI change possibly a backend change also. Only option for me was to change the password. Even with face id enabled due to the app change from Syfe side possibly, could not login from face id. Development team should think before doing these kind of changes which will affect user experience. Strictly would not recommend Syfe anymore going forward!
