Just doesn’t work
Tried free trial. Downloaded my provincial map. Allowed all permissions. Doesn’t even see the street I’m on and I can’t navigate to anywhere. No POI listed. Can’t choose a city name as it asks me to upgrade to the new and awesome search bit that does nothing. Factory reset app same result. Force closed same result. Uninstalled app and data the. Went through process again. Same result. It’s just a black screen.

Stuck in Off-road Mode
The app sucks, it’s stuck in Off-road mode and I can’t do anything about it. Really frustrating!

Road width warning too late
I was in the Isle of Wight and wanted to go to Newtown to visit a nature reserve but it wasn’t until I was almost there that the app notified me that the next road is too narrow and I cannot continue.
So I looked for another point of interest in the north east coast and once again, got almost there only to be told by the app that the road is too narrow which meant I didn’t go there.
Why doesn’t the app warn before we start the long journey that the final road is impassable with this vehicle which would have saved two wasted trips and fuel.

So I purchased Sygic caravan for £74.99. Worst app I’ve purchased for touring with my caravan! It asks you to submit your vehicle dimensions, which means you’d think it would not only find the correct route but also the correct speed limits. First trip out whilst using the app, it tried to send me down a road in Cumbria that is only suitable for 4x4 cars MINUS a caravan, not towing one. It also was indicating speed limits based on a car without a large caravan. Obviously the driver should know the limits per each vehicle, but if you’re driving in a foreign country, it should display correctly. I went on the website to request a refund but there is no option!
Unfortunately, Copilot GPS doesn’t support CarPlay, because I’d definitely buy that instead!

I don’t think I’ve experienced an app this poorly written in a very long time
installation took forever map downloads, take forever map resolutions are terrible, and even after all that the app won’t work because it won’t allow me to select the country
Not gonna waste any more time, tried to reach out to the company, but they just send you to their webpage not to a human

La conectividad es mentira, si nos guiamos por lo que dice acá se puede comprar sin problema. Cuando entras a la página de sigyc, te pone que no tiene conectividad en CarPlay/android auto.

Tengo un iPhone nuevo y no tengo narices a pasar un enlace pasado de otras apps y no abre , poca cobertura GPS , no le pongo menos estrellas porque no se puede , le tenía mucha confianza porque fue la primera marca que probé y en pasado fue de cine , lo siento por ustedes

Has cost me me many jobs, has always taken me down width restrictions and road coaches do not belong down even though I have purchase the app. Also the app will usually start me on an awkward route which will cost me a lot of time

I have just brought a caravan and been down to Cornwall for the first time and used the app it was great very helpful and easy to use would definitely recommend it to anyone

Großstadtkatastrophe
Nachdem das Navigationsprogramm so hoch gelobt wurde, habe ich es mir zugelegt. Bis Frankreich war ich auch weitgehend zufrieden, aber in Lyon war es eine absolute Katastrophe.
Ich hatte zusätzlich Google Maps laufen, und dort wurde angezeigt, dass zwei Tunnel gesperrt sind. Dieses Navigationsprogramm hat mich trotzdem genau dorthin geführt. Da ich mich auf das Programm verlassen wollte – insbesondere, weil ich mit einem Camper unterwegs bin und Höhe, Breite sowie Gewicht korrekt hinterlegt hatte – bin ich den Anweisungen gefolgt.
Das Ergebnis war, dass ich eine große Umleitung fahren musste, was mich rund 45 Minuten gekostet hat. Mein Fazit: Für Lyon und größere Städte scheint dieses Navigationsprogramm leider nicht zuverlässig genug zu sein.

Needs work
I bought the app to use with carplay, but the map is barely visible because of a huge red box obscuring it, the sound doesn’t work so get no verbal instructions, the gps is very flaky, approaching roundabouts the distance will jump up and down, a lot of the speed limits shown on the map are wrong, it doesn’t remember previous destinations.
The worse thing, I tried it out on local roads which I’m familiar with and it’s trying to route me down roads that are wholly unsuitable for caravans - unless your aim is to destroy it.
The app needs a lot of work to be worth the £69.99 it cost.
