Request for Refund – Subscription Not Working as Expected
To my surprise, I was informed that a refund cannot be issued because I used a discounted coupon. This is extremely disappointing, as your app clearly advertised that refunds are available if cancelled within 7 days—there was no mention that discounted purchases are excluded from this policy.
The discount was part of your own promotion, and nowhere during the purchase process was I informed that it would void the refund eligibility. This feels misleading and unfair.
I am requesting a full refund, as I have not used the service successfully and reported the issue within the stated refund period. I hope this can be resolved quickly.
