Symmetry has made my back feel so much better and now I can’t live without Pilates. I really enjoy their classes and the app is easy to use. Definitely recommend this studio
On Demand for a Busy Mom…
As a busy mom who works full time I love the on demand for the few minutes of “me” time to reset and have an instructor telling me what to do without having to come up with ideas. The app is so easy to use and the instructors cues are sooo easy to follow. Booking regular classes is so easy and there is so much price transparency, instead of giving me the run around to “call for pricing.” Love everything about it!

Awesome instructors and classes
This app is amazing. The Pilates instruction is great and the workouts are amazing. It’s so nice to be able to take with you when you travel and can’t get into their studio.

Super easy to sign up for the reformer classes in person & they offer at home pilates work out videos. Definitely recommend!
Great for traveling and home
I love how easy it is to stay consistent with my Pilates routine thanks to the Symmetry Pilates On The Go app! Whether I’m at home or traveling, the workouts are so targeted and effective that I always feel a difference afterward. The variety of exercises keeps things fresh, and I love that I can fit in a workout no matter where I am. Highly recommend it for anyone who wants to keep their Pilates practice going on the road!
