Fixed old records sometimes being counted toward a new recurring payment plan after deleting and recreating a plan with the same name. 12. Fixed duplicate recurring records and notes lost during cleanup, and blocked merging recurring records to protect installment progress. 13. Fixed duplicate records from repeated imports and cleanup failures caused by tag order or differing photos, preserving account, location, and distinct photos when merging.
