About

Sympto is a cycle observation journal for recording basal body temperature, cervical mucus, bleeding and personal notes. Keep your daily observations together and view them on a clear cycle chart. YOUR DAILY OBSERVATIONS • Record temperature, measurement time and disturbances. • Note mucus characteristics and sensations separately. • Add optional cervix observations, bleeding and intercourse entries. • Write personal notes in your own words. YOUR CYCLE CHART Switch between a focused chart and a full cycle sheet. Review previous cycles and add your own markings. Set a reminder for your daily temperature measurement. YOUR DATA, YOUR COPY Cycle records are stored on your device. Export your chart as a PDF, save data as CSV or create a JSON backup. Choose where to save or share your files. No account is required to keep a cycle chart. MAKE IT YOURS Choose a light, dark or system theme. Use the app in English, German, French or Polish. You can also save your preferred observation method in settings. Sympto is a recording tool. It does not automatically interpret fertility or predict ovulation. Selecting a method saves a preference; it does not apply that method's rules to your chart. Interpret observations yourself according to the method you have learned. Sympto is not a diagnostic tool and does not replace medical advice or guidance from a qualified fertility awareness instructor.
