Full screen issue via iPad
The 1.3.6 version works well on the iPhones. But on the iPad, the fullscreen mode got issue. Please fix and make it working right.

I have four Symynelec cameras they all work seamlessly together. Super easy install and work great in all kinds of weather.

Quality?
Love the concept, love the video quality, but the cameras consistently do not hold up. Good for 6-10 mos, then issues arise. One has a wire disconnect inside, two others lost pan/tilt ability, a fourth just died. Support seems to be concerned, and willing to help, but alas…out of warranty, not covered by warranty. For some reason since the last update watching my live feed or even having the app open has not only been draining my battery but also making my phone overheat

Second day and fully set up except waiting on some memory cards so far so good only took me about three hours to feel kind of get it set up all like I said so far so good very pleased and their Help chat AI actually works. I asked it four important questions and it answered three of them with very very useful answers. I was really pleased the other one it just said couldn’t understand what I meant, which was fine. I was probably wording the question wrong.

Cameras seem decent, app is total garbage. It will never bring up video stream. Total waste of money if it doesn’t work. Wish I would’ve bought went a different route.

Excellence in all aspects
I feel it’s absolutely necessary for me to post this review as I was skeptical to get the cams and commit to the brand but BOY M I GLAD i DID. This app is loaded with amazing features and the design is Outstanding , the features are modern and there’s a ton of ways to integrate the products via this app into you smart home to run automations and whatever else your heart desires! My first time not buying big brand products and well I’ll cut to the point- after experiencing a total unexplained malfunction of one of my cameras I had to contact customer service via chats in the app and after trouble shooting the very basic things I agreed to share my logs and provided necessary documentation to get to the root of the issue. Which turned out to be something unfixable apparently. However to make things better and assist me they sent me a replacement camera free of charge! I won’t lie I am very shocked and extremely grateful for such a classy move! Seriously like these big name cam companies don’t offer nearly as good service as here does and not ever in my life have I been offered a free replacement for anything not under warranty ever! So I am very grateful for the top quality service, products , staff & company ! Absolutely excellent in all Feilds and this app deserves much more credit than it’s given ! 5 star rating the least I can do for the help and support I received! Thanks again !

I love my Symynelec camera, but the tracking is off sometimes but I tore on my neighbors about it after they see all my footage
Not optimized for iPad
The app claims to be iPad optimized but the maximum camera view is 1/8th of the entire iPad screen. So much wasted space.

Overall I like these cameras considering the install and setup is easy. But after the recent update I’ll be looking for something else. A lot of the older options like motion detection/tracking has been removed and the maneuvering of the camera view has now been made less efficient. Not sure if they’re pushing to make you buy premium or what. The older version was a lot more versatile and easier. Good camera for a quick setup without a monthly fee. But the recent update to the app is why I’m leaving a 3/5.

Update ruined the app
The last app update removed the ability to view full screen on my iPad and added a menu to over 2/3 screen view without the ability hid the menu. I am not interested in a massive menu of features not needed. Just give me the ability to use camera full screen, zoom and talk the way is was before. It still works on my iPhone. Please fix the app to work on my iPad.
