Stop the bad updates
Why do you keep messing about with the UX? This was at one point a useful app, but you keep making changes that make it worse.
Examples are a few versions ago where the peak and off peak rates were switched around so the data was incorrect. The latest update no longer show the charge cost.
Navigation is worse that previously and general usability is also worse.
Please fully test updates before releasing them as it’s annoying and makes people seriously consider dumping the charger to get something with a better user experience.
There’s no excuse for sloppy coding.

Stop making bad updates!!
Why do you keep updating the app and making it worse? Latest version doesn’t show the active charge session it’s absolutely appalling.

Still buggy 4yrs on and latest update still prompts for payment EVERYTIME you open app. Seriously? Does anyone test it before realise? Submitted support email telling this weeks ago and another update sent out and still the same bug.
Terrible update
The latest update installed 1 day ago has created a complete mess. The home page is now all small and you cannot see all the text and functions - eg Boost button is missing. Also need to deactivate the request to add payment information to account every time we log in. I use the charger at home and do not use this function.

Payment Information
Works fine but who on earth made the decision to allow it to ask for payment information every time you open the app?
