Does not update sleep score and has had no app updates for three years. Would love my money back after just three minutes but no chance. Complete rip off.

Stopped working
Not happy with Fitbit. Originally worked fine and just stopped. Tried to reinstall and all they want is money for premium service. I do not need premium, nor do I want it , but I’d like my Fitbit to work as it did.
Authentication error
Setup looked to be good. Logged into Fitbit, selected data to share, logged into Apple Health, and set the parameters. Clicked the big Sync button. Couldn’t be easier… until it isn’t. Not only did it error on authentication, but it was a big, un-trapped error that only a coder would understand. No recovery offered. IMHO, this is a great idea with poor design, lack of updates, or bad QA. Which is it? Who knows… the error message sure isn’t any help in knowing.

Not working on iPhone 13 mini
I just purchased this app and it doesn’t work at all :( using iPhone 13 mini Apple Watch 7 and fitbit

What a waste of $39.99. This app does not work, and I want my money back. Would give negative stars if I could. I tried to sync. It worked for 5 minutes and then it just stopped working.

I used to sync weight in this app just fine. Then in 2019 it changed to require PRO purchase for the same feature.
You deserve to be paid for your work but grandfathering in existing users is the right thing to do. I mean there are several apps that do this now, for like $2.99/once. Why would I go with the one that bait and switched me for a monthly fee?

Does the job
This app syncs Fitbit data to Apple’s Health app, but it would be even better if it synced to the new Fitness app too. No idea why Apple didn’t get Fitness to use data from Health but if this app could fill that gap I'd probably go premium.
It connected to my watch right away and allowed me to view my messages
At first this didn't work. I reached out to customer service and they were very helpful. So with a little guidance from them, this app is syncing perfectly. This doesn't allow you to participate in competitions in the Fitbit app unless you do the trail competition with friends! Just figured that out! So I love this app works great

app worked just fine
Currently only steps, calories, and distance will sync. If the developer can expand that functionality to include steps and other stuff that would be great!
Good thing about this app it's ADD FREE.
So I recently got an Apple Watch and I was really excited when I saw this app. Oh my friends had Fitbit's and I wanted to compete step challenges and this does so it's really good. It Sinks the correct amount of steps and I've tried another app it was thousand off. So overall I really like this app.

This app is awesome its worked great for my watch
My only complaint is that if I get steps on the Fitbit the app overwrites them and not adds them up. But that's minor.
Please fix the bugs
Although this app took a little fiddling between Apple Watch and my Fitbit I was able to get it to work successfully! You have to update your activity on your watch, then on your phone, then sync using this app, then open your Fitbit app. Success!
