Frustrating
This app is useless. It always crashes, uploads photos and reports 4 maybe 5 times a month. Customer service is just as useless as the app. They don’t help at all.
Get Something Else
Project switched to Note Vault from ProCore a year into a five year project. It worked ok up until the Merger with Bentley, and has been a joke ever since. App routinely freezes up and you loose what progress you’ve documented, and slower than paint drying when it does work. Recently it loads for about five minutes, then freezes over and over again. Not sure what happened during the change over, but someone should be out of a job.

WORST PROGRAM EVER
This is the most pathetic program in existence. It crashes. It stalls. It does anything other than work correctly. Super frustrating! And they just don’t care to fix any part of it. Customer service is a JOKE. Tech support is an even bigger JOKE. Unless you absolutely must use this program, I HIGHLY recommend anything else. Handwriting the daily report would be easier than this program.

ABSOLOUTLEY TERRIBLE
terrible customer service terrible app, notevault claims I am using the wrong device (apple iPhone) but yet they offer their app on the App Store. Steer very far away from this junk and glitchy app. IOS devices the reports never upload and disappear. DO NOT USE THIS APP
Constant crashing.
This app runs like a charm on Iphone 12 but constantly keeps crashing on Iphone 14 pro max.
Total crap.

Constant crashing and Notes not syncing
Garbage App has tons of bugs that need to be worked out. I have to reinstall this app almost daily to get notes to sync. Constant crashing when putting notes in too.
Use anything but this
It absolutely does not work as it should. Takes forever to load if it loads, doesn’t save photos, doesn’t save notes. It may show their saved on your device but no one else can access them.There are better apps like Procore for example, that do everything you need. This is not the one to use for anything. Sometimes I wonder if they needed to lose money on something for taxes.

Forced to change services
We have been using Notevault with no issues for years and now that it has merged with Bentley it’s been nothing but a headache on both the app and web based program. I am in search for a new platform that actually makes daily reporting easier and not more time consuming like this does

This app is troublesome. Someone needs to “update” their computer software engineer department, with people who KNOW how to design, update and keep a working platform. Please bring back the copy and paste option. It really helps!
Seriously terrible program
Riddled with errors and when pointed out to the development team, their response is, “Can’t you just deal with it?”. So much wrong with this program it’s futile to list it all here. Suffice to say - use ANY other program. Go ahead, use it and see for yourself…
Not worth the time
To many issues trying to upload notes as all stay pending was a good option on the old note vault app this new Bentley system has taken it right down to 1 star

Keeps kicking me out. Every time i close the app i have to log in again and give permission… every…. Single….. time!
Pictures are uploaded in really low resolution. Cant ever read text off pictures.
Copy, paste and cut functions are non existent.

Very upset!
I have been a loyal note vault user for more than 10 years I have never been so disappointed and upset with an app. Synchro is really messing up right now
I depend on this daily for work and I am currently searching for a new platform.

Poor performance
We have used the prior application, Note Vault, for 4 years without any of the headaches or issues that Synchro Note has. Since the integration reports will not load, information and pictures are being lost, commonly used characters are not allowed, reports are not being exported in a timely manner and the overall performance of the application and support team are subpar. I would not recommend this application to anyone.

Before Bentley bought it the app was OK but now this app is taking a complete turn for the worst.
