Frustrating
This app is useless. It always crashes, uploads photos and reports 4 maybe 5 times a month. Customer service is just as useless as the app. They don’t help at all.
Get Something Else
Project switched to Note Vault from ProCore a year into a five year project. It worked ok up until the Merger with Bentley, and has been a joke ever since. App routinely freezes up and you loose what progress you’ve documented, and slower than paint drying when it does work. Recently it loads for about five minutes, then freezes over and over again. Not sure what happened during the change over, but someone should be out of a job.

WORST PROGRAM EVER
This is the most pathetic program in existence. It crashes. It stalls. It does anything other than work correctly. Super frustrating! And they just don’t care to fix any part of it. Customer service is a JOKE. Tech support is an even bigger JOKE. Unless you absolutely must use this program, I HIGHLY recommend anything else. Handwriting the daily report would be easier than this program.

ABSOLOUTLEY TERRIBLE
terrible customer service terrible app, notevault claims I am using the wrong device (apple iPhone) but yet they offer their app on the App Store. Steer very far away from this junk and glitchy app. IOS devices the reports never upload and disappear. DO NOT USE THIS APP
Constant crashing.
This app runs like a charm on Iphone 12 but constantly keeps crashing on Iphone 14 pro max.
