Borderline unusable
Crashes constantly. Barcode scanner is about 25% successful. Other barcode apps work without any issues.
Simply the best of the market
I own a service company in Brazil and after trying six different team management apps I came across Synchroteam. It has changed the story of my company since then. Every single job in my company is scheduled, followed up and done smoothly. I am thankful for this brilliant team of professionals that has made my company better for the past 5 years.

Customer support is lacking
There are several reporting features missing from the app/software. Reporting is limited to one week at a time. Customer support is terribly slow. It can take weeks to resolve issues which means employees in the field are left without critical information while you wait on a response.

This app is slow, unresponsive and crashes every single day. Not worth using, finger scanner is a waste of time. If there are other options use them.

Hours
It would be nice to be able to see our weekly or biweekly hours so employees can track there hours during the week and see what there hours are for that day and they can see there week total is at the end of the week also that drive time needs to be edited you cannot do anything with the app when your clocked into drive time and for our service department needs the app to make calls and get addresses

Great!!!
Been using Synchroteam for about 2 and Half Years now and I must admit it is the best Field Management App I ever used
However it does have its problems specially when they release a new version the app doesn't respond on the mobile however it works fine on the desktop versions
I would give it a Five Star if it wouldn't have any major issues on the release Versions
Newest Release reports are messed up please fix it asap

Does NOT work at all cannot even open application. Don't understand paying subscription fee for something that won't work!!!! OS on iPhone 4 is 6.0.1 so FIX this!!!
