This app is like LastPass for medical records. Easy to use, reliable, and secure. Finally, one place to store and organize all my direct-to-consumer lab tests. I upload on desktop and organize in the app by date, lab, and test. The Sync.Sense AI assistant is a standout. It quickly analyzes multi-year trends and delivers concise, actionable insights.
Huge thanks to the Sync.md team. This fills a real gap. I haven’t upgraded to premium yet, but I’m strongly considering it for the full Sync.Sense experience!

Easy to have records in one app!
This app allows you to have all your records in one spot! Unlike MyChart where your records are from a few providers this app allowed me to have them from all providers in one. I shared them with my doctor via QR code and it populated on the screen!! It was quick and easy! I got in and got out! Thank you!

Photo upload error
I was going to request medical records from this app but as I get to the screen where it requests to upload a photo to verify ID the screen goes blank. I use an iPhone SE with the latest IOS version. Can someone from the company help with this?

This app has been invaluable for coordinating care and accessing imaging. I travel frequently and the app allows me to quickly access my family’s and my medical records. It’s ideal for busy professionals and families and those caring for aging parents.
Must Have
This is a must have if you travel. This app gives you the ability to have crucial medical information at your fingertips. I would’ve loved to have had this when I was on vacation and had a medical emergency.
Amazing and convenient
This has been a huge life saver! Often medical offices do not send all the pertinent labs and correct diagnosis cannot be made! Because I had mine in sync MD it saved me a ton of time and the physician was even impressed!
