Simple & good.
Does the job it's meant to perfectly, with no extra fluff.
Paid the $10 and Now The App doesn’t work.
Paid the fee to be able to use it as a widget on my Home Screen. Conveniently, as soon as I do so, I can’t input any tasks without the white ring or blue arrow freezing my screen.
Frustrating and seemingly such a simple function. Arguably the CORE function is adding tasks to a list and now I can’t even do so.
Deleted and redownloaded, restarted phone, cleared data, and still NOTHING.

No longer works
This was mostly nice before, but recent updates have made it stop working. When you try to add a new task it spins and never does it. Also it’s incredibly frustrating there’s no easy way to change the date of a task to “Today”, just “Tomorrow” or “Next week”.

Charged Twice for Lifetime
I purchased lifetime access to SyncTasks Pro a few months ago, but the app is suddenly asking me to pay for lifetime again, even though my original purchase is still valid and has not been refunded. This is really frustrating because I rely on SyncTasks to manage my Notion tasks on mobile, and I expected lifetime to actually mean lifetime. I’ve already emailed support with my issue and offered to provide my App Store receipt, but I still haven’t received a response after several days. I really like the app itself, but this billing and account issue needs to be fixed and my lifetime access restored.

Simple, easy, effective.
The app is really easy to use and it’s very self explanatory. The reason I give it a 4/5 stars is because it does not have the option to add an image or attachment to a task. Please incorporate this! Don’t let this app die!

I love this app. You can maybe add a streak so if you do a task everyday the streak would increase

The app is great I’ve been using it for a while having the check list as a widget. Now it’s making me pay to have that feature. The app is perfect but this new feature will make me look for another app and might kill the app as I think people won’t want to pay a monthly fee for a check list when other apps give it for free. Please change this

❤️LOVE IT SO I BOUGHT IT
Finally someone has created a clean minimal interface to quickly work through todo lists! My only gripe/feedback is that the largest widget could fit at least 4 more tasks vertically. I use the smallest font and closest text to get as many items to fit as I can and the empty useable space at the bottom would be greatly useful. To the creator and developing team 😘 you are helping me get through school and I love you 😄

Ruined it all by charging for basic things
New update making you pay $15 for the only thing people want - the Home Screen widgets - has ruined it all. I don’t know why such a simple thing needs such an exorbitant price if any at all.

I’m seeing everybody with. Widget but it will not let me add one or even show up in my add widget section on my iPhone 17 pro
Fills a gap.
Finally this solves my need to get notion tasks and apple reminders in one place! The minimal interface is nice but you really have to be a Notion user already to understand the integration and get the most value. One gripe: Apple reminders repeat status doesn’t sync so you can’t tell which tasks are set to repeat in Reminders. The app seems to kinda make up for this by showing it as completed and then after a while it shows up on the new date. I understand this may be a limitation of apples api, but in that case it would be better not to show Repeat “never” and just grey it out or something

Great concept poor execution
When I saw this app on social media I thought it looked like a great way to keep track and organize my schedule but there was a problem. The problem was trying to organize and keep track of the app itself. I found the setting up for my tasks a torment to get through even with watching YouTube tutorials. I feel like this app has so much potential so I leave this review as to get the polish and attention an app/idea deserves.

so close to perfection
absolutely love how minimal it is and how smoothly it connects to notion. if it ever gets proper subtask integration (indented and nesting under the main task) I'll be over the moon. other features like task descriptions and multiple list categories within a single notion database would be good "nice to haves", but subtasking is a foundational feature imo.
