No notifications on IOS
Twice now this year for long periods (days and weeks) stops sending any notifications. Have no idea that cars stared or ended trips. No speeding notification or out of geofence. Worthless. T-Mobile doesn’t seem to be able to get their vendor inline (Mojio)
Saving images in glovebox doesn’t work
When attempting to add something to the glovebox of the app, when you add an image and click save, the app does recognize the change.

Server Errors
The app stopped working. It logged me out and when I tried to log back in it times out and pops a message titled “Unable to Complete” with the message “We have encountered a server error. Please try again later”
TMobile SyncUP
UPDATE 4/24/25: app was working fine yesterday now I can’t log in. Then I get an error message stating invalid username/password Then we I try to reset password, I get an error message stating server error. I’m, I don’t know what’s going on, but this app needs to be fixed.I love this little device. I have had it for about 3 years. It catches the problem before I get a check engine light. Hopefully TMobile will update the device with a little more of an upgrade to the WiFi hotspot part of it.

Daly unwanted fill up notifications
No! It is not getting better. It notifies me every day to gas up my car.
Since there is no place to disable that type of notification, I have revoked ALL notifications from SyncUP DRIVE.

App keeps randomly disconnecting. Please fix
App Has been Abandoned in Favor of a Newer Model
The app is no longer receiving any meaningful updates. It has been abandoned and replaced by a new app with a new sync up model. Very scummy of tmobile.
Glitches
I have around 75% percent of a tank of gas. 3 times so far today the app has noticed my I’m done to 24% fuel. I even went to check to be safe and I’m fine.
Pick your gone
This was a good app but now when you go to pick your car that used to be on there and it showed my car it’s suddenly disappear and it’s a really pain because every time I hit something it wants to go to there. It tells me it can’t connect, I can’t connect to the server

I rely on this for certain info and it has been very helpful until the past couple of days for some reason. Uninstalled app, disconnected device and when I open the app to check info, it just constantly loads. Not sure if it’s an app issue, device issue or both but something needs a redesign. This is inconveniencing!!!

Notifications stopped working, no response for developers
I’ve emailed the developers with detailed concerns. Notifications are no longer working! And where the picture of your car is supposed to be in app, the throbber/loading icon appears—even after logging out, uninstalling, and reinstalling. The entire point of paying for this device is to have those notifications for safety. It’s not right that y’all haven’t even responded to my email.

How am I supposed to know my car is secure when this app keeps logging me out in the background, you are charging for this!! Fix it!
Error, error and more errors
I’ve had this devise for a year. For 11.5 months it has worked great. Shows me everything. Now it wont find me, doesnt show my car and I get an error and it wont update or correct itself. Been happening for the past 3 weeks and Im just about done and ready to cancel.
Too many errors
Keeps giving me an error and won’t let me log in at all and I know I have the correct passcode. I’m about to cancel my service for this device.

App needs an Upgrade
I recently upgraded from the SPRINT-Drive. It showed REAL time tracking, hard turns, hard stops, and the exact speed the car was going. This device doesn’t do that!
Not happy
Every since we had got this it keep stop working. example I leave one place and it did not register where I was and after I got home witch is an hour drive still said I never left from where I was.. I got this so I could keep track of where the cars where.. I’m not happy with this and how much its wasting money and time..
