ABSOLUTE MUST HAVE
My son is nonverbal autistic so when the school year started we needed a way to make sure he was where we needed him to be. The number of safety concerns are endless with a special needs child, this helps my MIL who lives in a different state, relax so much with the apps real time options.
* the strap options are nice, basic, that would be my only, well wish, I guess would be for children who don’t want to keep it on, maybe a lanyard or key ring option for a strap will be my hope. I have several friends who are looking into this but it may not work for them because of that express purpose

Absolutely accuse me a sense of peace, knowing that I can monitor her Perimeter, thank you communicate at all times I I absolutely love the SOS button. She’s had a kid sync of watch. It’s the round face. I depend on his precision and detail. I would imagine that I could speak for all mommies. The heart felt degree that it is a sense of peace that it brings to mommy‘s heart because there are babies, love is my little girl. I think God for blessing the person to invent such a creative product towards safety. I can only ask respectfully and demand for myself and I’m sure speaking for all mommies with kids sync of watch that the battery needs to be longer lasting much longer to this wonderful magnet phenomenal product. Can’t sign in
I just got my kids watches yesterday, I got on and set them up with boundaries and some contacts. Shortly after i was kicked off the app. I tried to get back on and it asked for my email and password, which I put in, then it asks me if I’m over 18, to which I click yes, then it shows me my name and phone number and it tells me to add a picture, so I do that. I hit next and it gives me a create profile error. It feels like I’m stuck in Limbo. I don’t know how to get back into the account. I’m beginning to wonder if it is a software program issue on the side of the app. The tech on the phone couldn’t help me, they only told me to delete the app and re download it to see if that fixes it. Then restart my phone to see if that fixes it. Then tried other devices still same error popped up. They wrote a ticket and told me to try again in 48 hours. Until it is fixed my rating will be 1 star.

Total fine… when it works
This app has an okay design, and is slow but not horribly slow. The only huge problem is that it just doesn’t work like 75% of the time. I’m currently using an iPhone 15 Pro, and previously experienced the same issues on the iPhone 13 Pro Max. I can almost never actually see where my daughter is using the GPS and frequently get “error” messages the entire time I am using the app. Sometimes, the app just won’t open at all.
I am forced to use this app because of the smart watch we bought our daughter, but if there is one app I would want to be 100% stable and functional it’s the app that is supposed to be helping me keep track of my kids in an emergency. But it seems that T-Mobile really couldn’t care less about patching these holes unfortunately.

This app definitely help to keep tabs on love ones and family members but the work of such tracking apps is usually limited because you always need to access the device you want to keep tabs on in order for the tracking app to work effectively. My question is if i can access the device i want to hack, why would I need it hacked? But i understand we hack devices due to different intentions and to recover some information that must have been deleted or kept from being easily seen, the device will be required to be cloned. Being unfaithful gives rise to a whole lot of issues and situations that might be very difficult to cope with if you don't have an account of what is really going down with your partner when you are not together. If you keep getting these signs it's most likely to be true your partner is cheating. That's not the end of life anyway, you can make a choice that suits you and be to your advantage for something like that to never repeat itself. It’s one of the biggest waste of money I have ever spent
I’ve had to return the watch four times because it never works. The battery never works. The app always says somethings wrong with it to come back later. I don’t have access to my kids watch I’ve contacted T-Mobile and they’ve always sent me a new watch but it never seems to work, the first time I got it for him was for Christmas so I waited a little bit to give it to him as soon as he gets it the watch battery only last 20 minutes so we get another one. The other one won’t even turn on, so we get another one and we have the same issue with the battery, so we get another one this was all handled through the insurance that we purchased. We now have a Watch that works the batteries still not 100% but it will do but now the app never works. I updated it. I deleted it and installed it again and it never works.

WILL NOT LOG IN
Got the watch and it works. The SyncUP Kids app on my phone will not let me log in. I have spent 15 hours between chat and calling support. It has been on going for weeks and they keep submitting tickets. I have called Apple and it is a Tmobile issue as they own the app. Tmobile tech and care keep assuring me it’s ok and going to be fixed. I was told if it wasn’t resolved the other day they would figure something out or a new phone. They now tell me they can’t do that. It has been a horrible experience. I had the Gabb kids watch and it was amazing. I switched so we would all be on the same plan and regret it majorly. With this horrible service we are about to move carriers all together. I have had sprint/Tmobile for over 9 years and the customer care stopped and became garbage after the merger. You use to be able to speak to people based in the US and actually get help. Not it’s play telephone and spend hours on the phone and chat waiting and still no resolution. Save your time and money and DO NOT get the watch if you plan on actually using the app.

I love the features on this kids watch. The app is very user friendly. From the app, you can load unlimited contacts that the child is allowed to call or text, and no one can contact your child unless you have put them on the list. You can set a boundary around your home or neighborhood and another around the child’s school. You get a notification if the child goes out of that boundary. You can set up school mode that disables smart features during school hours, but you can still see the child’s location. Set it to repeat, such as 8 to 3 on Mon thru Thur, 8 to 1 on Fri. On school holidays, you can disable school mode easily, and turn it back on when school resumes. The child can’t disable school mode or add contacts. The app keeps the parent in charge and notified of the child’s location at all times. The charger holds the watch magnetically, so very easy for kid to put it on the charger themselves. One word of caution, if the watch isn’t charging properly, change where you plug in the usb. I had it plugged into the usb on my kid’s bedside lamp, which would only charge it 50% even after sitting there all night. I changed it to a wall charger and it got to 100% in under an hour.

The worst app for tracking your children!!!
I’ve only had the app for three days the first day I could tell this was a mistake! It was lousy to upload and sync. I called for help and after 30 minutes the tech had to tell me to uninstall the app several times in order for it to work, then she blamed my iPhone not being updated to 17! Ok?!!! So I update the software to the latest version and now roll into Day 2 and again unable to open the app. It kept spooling. When I finally got it to open, GPS won’t tell me his exact real time location. So it didn’t update…. then I’m not able to send text messages to him. It kept coming back undeliverable! Day 3: I’m trying to find my son’s location because the school bus has a flat tire and I can’t find him. It took me 45 minutes to find my son’s location! T-mobile do better! I’ve been a customer for 14 years and I am going to take my business elsewhere. I have children I am trying to track, using your watch/ gps tracker, and it’s not working.

After reading reviews on T-mobile I was skeptical about adding another $10 a month to my bill for a watch that wouldn’t work but we absolutely love this thing. It works so well. My daughter is almost six and in kindergarten so I wanted a way to communicate with her while we went about our days and this is perfect. She sends us audio messages and pictures, she can call us if there’s ever trouble, school mode turns off all of the sounds and distractions, GPS is accurate and maps are clear etc it works great. If you’re looking at reviews just get one and you’ll love it.

Want to love it but
It's a great idea and While I absolutely love the concept of being able to keep up with my eight-year-old daughter while she’s in school or anywhere I or my husband are not, but it’s not consistent! the updates take too long to refresh and if it’s for kids, I feel like it should be more of a live location monitoring system. My daughter has often told me she has moved from one location to a different one because I make sure we communicate like that. However the watch will still show that she’s at a different location and I don’t like that. I also have had the app show me that the watch is in one place when I knew it was not because it was actually in her room. It’s definitely not my phone because it does it to my husband as well.
If I’m the only one dealing with these inconsistencies, I would definitely like to know what I can do about it.

No more “Just come get me”…
Watch serves so many purposes such as
1) staying connected with family/friends
2) playing in the neighborhood, I know where she is at all times
3) when it’s time to come home, I can now call versus having to go get her!!
Our summer nightly routine has been “mommy, can I play for 5 more minutes, just come get me!”. Since getting the watch, I simply call to let her know when it’s time to eat or come home. She stays connected with her close friends who also have a watch. She sends daily voice notes to me or calls me when I’m at work. Our life in managing her play has become way more efficient. I highly recommend this watch for any child who fits the age range!!

Won’t connect every so often
So when we first got the watches for our kids every 2-3 days it would say that it couldn’t connect to random watches… until I restarted it. We lost one because it wouldn’t tell me where it was… the location is also a block off when we are at home. But when they are at school it shows their exact location. Anyway it can be very frustrating there are tons of settings but no settings so the kids/ anyone can’t turn them off… overall it makes it possible to call and checkin but the tracker kills the battery and doesn’t always work so that’s sad.

This makes mom life so much better. My son is 7 very active. I wish I had this sooner. It helps me and my son communicate and I always know where he is, it gives me peace of mind. I really like how it's on his wrist and not in his pocket cause he doesn't always have pockets. It always stays on his wrist. " I'm so cool with my new watch phone" my son. And now my aunt and 3 other friends has a kid watch. Cool thing you can share with others who have the watch too. So too a babysitter, dad, grandma can see where child is too. On mine I have access to my son and my niece. I love it when it's my niece is within park boundaries I know she is here. As to when son is in home boundaries. I'm rumbling now. Get the watch. Try it out! It works great for us. Hope the same for you. Give it time to download and at least 3-5 days before you say you hate it. Lol

Great features!
I love that my 7 yo son can call, text, and even take and send pics. He can set tasks with reminders, set alarms, play a couple of games. School mode is perfect because he won’t receive any distractions, but we can still call each other in an emergency. The Velcro wrist strap makes it easy for my son to put it on and take it off by himself. I also LOVE the gps tracking. It’s very accurate - shows me in the app on my phone exactly where my son is.
The only slight drawback is the battery life. I had heard it would last a few days. Ours lasts 1 day. It does last all day, though, so we just charge it for a bit at night. It doesn’t take long to fully charge, maybe 1-2 hours.
