Watch is helpful to wear
I do feel safe wearing my watch! I am still getting used to it and understanding it. I do love that my son bought it for me for Christmas!!
App is bad
This app is awful. Can’t even get past terms and conditions without it crashing. Don’t buy this watch.

The best!
The most secure device for children. My kid has used it for years! He’s a teenager and still uses it. He’s ready to update for a more modern one. But it’s not available on Metro pcs sadly. Please start selling them again! Parents need them!
Not great
I have three kids and bought each of them a watch and use the app to manage each one. Unfortunately the account with Timex seems to reset whenever the app updates, and I have to set up each watch again— which is NOT a simple or fast procedure. Can please update app login with FaceID, etc and fix the saved set up issue described. Also , the watches themselves are inconsistent. I had one replaced after 1 fall, and a second one has now stopped receiving calls or initiating calls and texts are very slow and often don’t send or receive at all. Normally I don’t rank time to write reviews, but contacting T-MOBILE support for this likely becomes a long explanation that they will not bd able to solve or blame on TIMEX.
