App is super expensive and doesn’t work
the tracker doesn’t work and it says i’m all the way in asia, and the vpn doesn’t work. also it’s only as good as your internet
Unable to connect to app
8 months no update? Come on now!!!! I left a review last year and today march 27 2024 app is crashed. I have uninstalled it and reinstalled it and still nothing. Way to go.

Can’t get it to work with our I phones
It worked fairly well when I first purchased this, but several months ago it stopped working on our IPhones. Remove and reinstall the app and it will work maybe one day, then goes back to “not responding”. After six sessions on the phone with Sprint/T Mobile they told me today that they can only recommend remove/reinstall, and pointed me to Apple Support. Apple tried to help but was also unable to resolve this. It’s a shame as I like this app. It does work well on the one Android phone on our account.
