App is super expensive and doesn’t work
the tracker doesn’t work and it says i’m all the way in asia, and the vpn doesn’t work. also it’s only as good as your internet
Unable to connect to app
8 months no update? Come on now!!!! I left a review last year and today march 27 2024 app is crashed. I have uninstalled it and reinstalled it and still nothing. Way to go.

Can’t get it to work with our I phones
It worked fairly well when I first purchased this, but several months ago it stopped working on our IPhones. Remove and reinstall the app and it will work maybe one day, then goes back to “not responding”. After six sessions on the phone with Sprint/T Mobile they told me today that they can only recommend remove/reinstall, and pointed me to Apple Support. Apple tried to help but was also unable to resolve this. It’s a shame as I like this app. It does work well on the one Android phone on our account.

Freezes all the time.
I have found myself having to uninstall and reinstalling the app after a couple time opening it. Such a headache.
Helpful app… when it works
I’ve been reading the most recent reviews. My family all has android and the app works just fine for them. I have a iOS and am having the issue of the app stalling on the white screen. Must be a compatibility issue with the iOS software. Hopefully this gets resolved soon or I’m gonna start requesting a refund.

App doesn’t work most of the time
When it does work, it’s decent. Most of the time it won’t load though.
Worst tracking app
Our family has tried this app for over a month and the vast majority of time all we get is a white screen with the safe and found logo. When the app does load it doesn’t work. It shows all of us at our home when clearly we are not home. Don’t waste your time and money on this junk.
App is broken
When are you going to fix this app. Been broke for a few months and I am still being charged monthly fees
Restrictions
I was hoping there would be more to the restrictions.. it looks like I can only restrict what type of apps my daughter can download by age. I wanted to also be able to specifically pick what apps she can and can’t use. Also, I was hoping there was a feature that blocked which type of websites she can go on. Lastly, I was also hoping I could create some type of schedule for her phone usage. But I’m not seeing any of that.

Only works once then have to uninstall and reinstall
The app only works on the first install. If you want to look at the app a second time? Good luck. It freezes on the home screen and that's it. Then as the title describes....you must uninstall. Reinstall....blah blah blah. Once bugs are removed and the app consistently works correctly. I'll update this review and rating.

Constantly stops working
I have had this app for about 3 weeks now and when it works it’s ok. However about every other day, when I try to open the app, it just freezes. Then I have to delete the app and reinstall it. I won’t be going for a second month with them.
Awful
My family has used this for about two years. In recent months, every other day the app « freezes » and I have to delete it and reinstall. We are all on Wi-Fi most of the time and yet it is delayed in locating our phones, sometimes by hours, sometimes by days. I am constantly having to send invitations to the same group of people to rejoin. This costs $9.99 month but is not even worth 99 cents. I’m deleting it and finding a reliable app.

this app was so super terrible.
Doesn’t work, don’t waste your money. iPhones have a find my feature built in and it works much better so don’t waste your money.
Freezes every 2nd or 3rd time and have to reinstall
Every second or third time I have to actually reinstall the app because the home screen just freezes and never let me see your location.
Needs an update
The app used to work great, but the last few months I have to uninstall and reinstall every other day. Please work on this.
