Newly Updated App is Rubbish

This updated App is Rubbish. Every time I try to log in It tells me my credentials are wrong. I submit a Forgot password message, then add password etc & then it wants me to download the app which i already have & then it tells me again I have the wrong credentials. I have updated my details at least 4 times but still can’t access.
