Newly Updated App is Rubbish
This updated App is Rubbish. Every time I try to log in It tells me my credentials are wrong. I submit a Forgot password message, then add password etc & then it wants me to download the app which i already have & then it tells me again I have the wrong credentials. I have updated my details at least 4 times but still can’t access.

It is impossible to log into this app. Don’t bother with it. The frustration is not worth it.

Rubbish - ever since they started this app nothing but problems. I can never view my scan - always have to download them again and again and most time can not even view them or it takes hours to do so. Pull your fingers out and fix it
Continuous login issues
I’ve been using this app often in the past 10 months, and I have nothing but issues with logging in. I’ve reset my password multiple times but the app won’t accept the new password.

Takes over a minute to open. Have to log in every time even after allowing Face ID. Constant error messages.
