Why does it load so slow?

When it finally loads, it is a descent app. But the slow loading is eternally frustrating. You all need to do better.

Terrible App

This is easily the worst app on my phone. It takes forever to load and crashes at least half of the time I try to open it. It constantly signs me out of my account. Photo slide shows are basically unusable. I want to keep up on local news and I pay for a subscription, but this app makes it extremely difficult to actually read the journalism I’m paying to support.

Horrible execution

I have to delete the app and reload daily because I get notices that I can’t read articles that are subscriber only. I am a subscriber. Customer service has no suggestion to date beyond deleting the app and reloading. 😒
