Too many logins
I like everything about it except that I have to login almost every time. Why can you remember my creds like on Sysco shop? Annoying
Don’t like logging in so often
I don’t like having to log in all the time. I wish it would remember me for a longer duration. Otherwise the app is pretty cool.
A lot of glitches
Every time I try to get an invoice out of the app or just navigate thru it it crashes. Over and over. Need more money invested in this app because when it works it’s great! But very frustrating on all the crashing
Weekly authentication
App shows me exactly where the truck is and allows me to approximate more accurately the delivery time. Only down side is having to login every week.

My delivery driver Devon is an amazing driver. He’s always here on time. He’s polite he’s courteous. He helps out when he can. He’s amazing. he should really think about giving him a big raise.

Helpful tip
This app doesn’t work all the time esp if there has been an update to the phone. What would be helpful to users if you put who the delivery driver is. We don’t have the same driver every time. Every driver has their own time they show up. So if we knew who driver was through the app it would be helpful.

Please integrate with shop app
It’s annoying to have two separate apps. Also, please enable it so you can log into multiple devices without logging out of another one. I have two phones and an iPad and I like to be logged into the same account on all of them at the same time and not have to re-login. Also, there’s an issue with auto fill for the username and password. Just enable passkey on iOS and make this simple for everybody.

Stop logging me out
It’s ridiculous how frequently I have to login to this app. No payment is on the app. It just gives delivery times. But their shop app where orders are placed never logs me out.

Driver error or app error?
I was reading a review from 5 years ago and nothing has changed. The window delivery times jump and my personal favorite is when it says the delivery has either or arrived (like this morning) or has been delivered yet there is no truck in site. I think our drivers are great so are they hitting “arrived” when they’re at the stop before us to ensure someone is here or is there a problem with the system? Today the delivery window was 5:45-7:45 but switched to 5:55 to 6:55 so I got to the store at 6:15 knowing it takes the driver a little bit of time to unload. I arrive and get set up and at 6:10 my delivery window switched to 6:15-7:15. At 6:40, I got an “Arrived” message yet it’s 10 minutes later and no truck. 🤦🏻♀️
