Won’t accept credit cards
Awful app, won’t accept credit card even after verifying success with the third party. Doesn’t allow you to purchase a ticket for a planned trip, you have to figure it out yourself what ticket is needed. I ended up taking a taxi instead because I couldn’t buy the ticket… won’t allow me to delete my account without giving a bank account number, even though I never paid them anything….GG

guys, i just recenlty moved into the country. so far been loving gdansk. but this app is making a bad impression of the infrastructure. be better!
Aplikacja nie działa zgodnie z przeznaczeniem.
Podstawowa funkcja – generowanie dynamicznego kodu QR do podróży – jest całkowicie nieaktywna. Na dodatek aplikacja już na początku wymaga podania bardzo wrażliwych danych, takich jak PESEL, a następnie zachęca do doładowania konta. Dopiero potem okazuje się, że kluczowa opcja w menu jest wyszarzona, bez jakiegokolwiek wyjaśnienia dlaczego ani jak to naprawić. Frustrujące doświadczenie i brak przejrzystości.
