Super easy to use

Very easy to use this app

The Worst

This app is too complicated, too confusing, too many steps, too large and too hard to navigate in order to choose a workout. It’s like playing one of those phone app games in order to get a spot in class or most importantly avoid being waitlisted for a class. MINDBODY is the most perfect, straightforward user friendly fitness app out there. Missing it dearly.

Terrible

This app might be the most difficult app I’ve ever used. Not intuitive and so hard to navigate around to what’s important. Scheduling classes and seeing what you have scheduled should not take numerous clicks. And remembering on Sunday nights during busy weekends to go in and enroll at 4:00 is ridiculous. The rolling schedule was far better. Seems like this was not user/customer tested. Not a good business plan if so. Please make this better!!!

Back To The Dark Ages

This app is horrendous. So clunky! To book a class or even see what you’re enrolled in you have to click too many times to get to
the right place. I feel like this app was created in the early 2000s it’s so bad and it’s bad for your business. Get it together.

Needs work

Missing the old app. Difficult to see what classes you're registered for, takes multiple clicks versus being on main screen. When you click on a class accidentally no back button to go to other classes on that day you have to start completely over. Overall, it’s just clunky and not user friendly. Barcode sign in is good, but if that’s the only benefit of this app, that’s really unfortunate!

Downgrade

250mg of user unfriendly nonsense. I feel like I’m writing code clicking on million buttons just trying to schedule a class.
I miss MINDBODY. The end.

Missing the old app...

I really liked the old app... Had issues but overall reserving a class was just a tap, it was easy to see all reserved/upcoming classes by location and date with a smooth scroll... Now you need to expand every date one by one and show quite the patience to reserve multiple classes at once because it takes you to your “classes page” and then back to your collapsed dates to expand and reserve another. Why can’t the home page just show the classes I reserved? Why you kind of need to dig deep to find the reserved classes? I also find this new app aesthetically less pleasing compared to the old one. It’s of course not that big of a deal, but what’s with all the yellow? Did big bird developed the app?
