A good start but missing key components
Update: While I appreciate your response, your updated pricing is kind of a “the juice isn’t worth the squeeze scenario”, and I have decided to move my team in a different direction as a result.

Hi there! Thank you for feedback and appreciate you sharing areas where we can improve. We have updated our elements to include pull stations, smoke detectors and nurse call options. We highly recommend checking out the System Surveyor 2.0 app to see our most up to date elements.
Needs new features!
Would still recommend the investment, just know there are some frustrations.
1. Coverage area clipping - Need the ability to draw walls to create clipping areas for camera and motion coverage. Camera blind spot area would be nice too based off of the lens specifications - similar to IPVM calculator.
2. Ability to create custom elements.
3. Ability to do more “click and drag” management of sites on the web interface.
4. Multi Floor Support - Need to be able to continue element counts in sequence between floors and not have to do an individual report for every floor of a building. Makes it confusing when trying to present to a report to a customer and there is one per floor.
5. Auto save, version history, UNDO!!
Fixes needed for the web interface:
1. Saving new element profiles works the first or second time, but then stops. Have to exit back out and back in to fix.
2. Invalid token errors consistently.
3. Make the interface more intuitive: think web version of google drive with click and drag, and right click menu that pertains to the software, not the browser.
4. FIX Google Maps!!! This is on the app and the web I think. Every time I start a new survey with google maps, I have to zoom in to the location I searched for, with no indication of knowing exactly where it is on the map because its zoomed out way to much! I’ve found its always at the center, but it can still be difficult to zoom to exact center. Then once I find it and add it in, the image changes to an older view, buildings dissappear, etc.!!! It’s mostly unusable.

Your suggestions for the interface are great insights and have been shared with our product team. This year we plan to release improvements for coverage clipping, multi floor plan reporting, and google maps. We recommend checking out System Surveyor 2.0 for the latest updates. Next level app
Does not upgrade to NEW VERSION
Update: updates to 5 star. The issue was with iOS needing update that’s why the App Store wouldn’t allow the app to be updated to newer version. Once I did that I was able to update the app and use the software again.
