Absolutely Terrible!!
If it were possible to give less than one star, I would. This app makes me want to throw my company phone into a volcano. It crashes constantly. Takes a century to load anything, and is clunkier than a Walmart shopping cart. I would rather crawl naked over broken glass than use this abomination of an app for one more day.

Love having Sedona-X on my phone. I can see my schedule on the calendar, open the customer, check sites, work orders, and invoices, and take a payment without going back to the office. Address, phones, and email are right there so I can call or get directions fast.
Dispatch, arrive, notes, and photos on the job keep everything with the ticket. For a security company running SedonaOffice, this app is a must on the truck.

Not reliable
Repeatedly crashes doesn’t reliably save notes, Parts or even times. The only reason I use this app as my employer requires it.
Update, just updated Sadona-x to newest version and it crashed on the first ticket. And now it crashes every time I try to add a photo to the documents.
