Not many bad things to say, other than the technicians, especially the lead technician can’t look at the job and see who is going to be on it with them. It only gives a little bubble and a number and one initial if. If you could click on those bubbles and a name popped up, It would be great for planning the next day’s work. As it is now, our lead techs have to contact the office to ask who is on the job with them. This is inefficient since the schedule is constantly changing.
