The options are large and prices are affordable but very dissatisfied that I am unable to complete online delivery/pickup orders using my debit visa.
Something shady with this app
It’s either made to sign you out when you need to use it or takes extra long to load so you skip and don’t scan for points, or just made by incompetent developers. With ai access today there’s no reason why this app should be this bad.
Very slow
I’d like to do return online but they need me to upload pictures of products. The app took me forever to upload pictures. It very very slow and keeping loading. I contacted live customer service. They said they can’t do anything the only way to do return is upload pictures in my account. The worst purchase experience the worst application!

Unable to create account on any device using any email address. Consistently getting “network error” msg. Tried signing up using both google and Apple id’s as sign in..error..phone number..error..scanned QR code right at cash to download app and create account. Garbage. Better not have stolen my information.

This app desperately needs a redesign!
This is easily the most confusing and visually unappealing shopping app I’ve ever used. It’s hard to believe that one of Canada’s largest supermarket chains relies on such a poorly designed platform as its only interface.
The font sizes are way too uniform, making it impossible to distinguish titles from key information. Everything is cluttered together, which makes navigating the app a total headache. If you need help with an order, the "Customer Service" button is hidden on a separate page instead of being located directly under the order details. A promotional pop-up forces itself on the screen every single time I open the app, and there is no "Don't show again" option. It’s incredibly frustrating.
The only saving graces are the ability to add the loyalty card to Apple Wallet and the fact that the multi-language support is well-translated and consistent.
You either need to completely redesign this app or scrap it altogether. Using it is honestly pure torture!

J’ai juste pris en photo le QR code au magasin. Maintenant, lorsque j’utilise le QR code pour d’autres endroits, l’App T&T revient constamment et je ne peux pas regarder les autres QR. De plus, la musique est trop forte, aiguë et fatigantes. Les tranches de porcs et de bœufs pour la fondue ont le même goût et ne sont pas terribles.

Terrible app. Always have to reload the QR , every time I go shop there, why does the QR code have to disappear? it’s so frustrating!
Never updated products
Been waiting almost two months for products to update. Too much unavailable. Once it’s sold out it’s gone while there’s less and less to shop from.
Does not support CIBC credit card verification..
I cannot complete the verification process with cibc but it works in the web site.
Slow and crashes a lot
Had more than 3 app crashes of a single order session. Looooong app start time that sometimes never get you in the home page.

Language options show 4 language option, but somehow Simplified Chinese is missing. Hello? Seriously? Someone left their brain at home?

Make my life much easier for purchasing Asian groceries, fresh foods and premade meals . A lot of promotion.

Pointless App With Missing Products and Broken Vouchers
This app is honestly useless. Why even bother having an online store when half the products in the physical location aren’t even listed here? You literally have to guess the country just to search for items, and even then they don’t bother to feature everything in one place.
And the vouchers? Total joke. You click on an available voucher, enter the coupon code, and instead of applying it, the app tries to make you pay full price anyway. What’s the point of showing vouchers if you can’t even use them? Fix this mess.
