What happens when the SOS button on the A-Tracker is pressed?
When the SOS button on the T Care dedicated device is pressed, the location of the emergency call is automatically sent to the guardian. Subsequently, the device will periodically collect and send location information to allow guardians to track the protected person's movement path.
How are safe zones set up in T Care?
Guardians can set up 'safe zones' (specific locations) within the T Care app. When the protected person enters or leaves these designated safe zones, their location information is sent to the guardian in real-time.
Can T Care notify me when my child arrives at or leaves school?
