Please update your app and firmware
It has been a year since the last update and the app and the vacuum both are glitchy and I have to reset it every time I want to use it. The vacuum gets lost and sometimes won’t connect to Wi-Fi.
App is horrible
I cannot get the vacuum to bind to my account properly. Keeps saying WiFi not connected. Everything else I have on WiFi is running smoothly.
