Disable Low Power Mode access & Personal Hotspot - IPHONE

On iPhone, Kids put the phone on low power mode and you loose track of them! There is currently no way to disable this on iPhone. It makes this app pointless. This needs to be fixed.
Also Kids have managed to get a work around and have access to internet using personal hotspot. I even shut the internet on Family Mode! another device can still tap into the hotspot and use internet. Parents should have the ability to control this and disable it via Family Mode. Please fix this!

It flippin sucks

Ruined my life forever.

Terrible

This app damaged me and my family it is bad app super glitchy and has errors says my kid is somewhere he is not do not download this app. Life360 better

Fix the app

We’re paying every month for this app. It should work. Fix the login already!

Not needed on iPhone

Location on this app is way off. iPhone is much closer.

Our family would be at home and this app would show my child down the street at 11pm. I would check in my child and they were asleep.

If the parent phone and child phone are on iPhone you don’t need this app to find location and pause app usage/internet.

Keeping family purity is easier now

The autistic adult was view lots of por o and aggressive material and now w this app I have the control . Congrats

$10 per month for a basic feature

Needed a way of turning off a personal hotspot for a child’s phone. This should be a free feature, not a $10 per month add-on.

Have to login every time

This app has been broken forever. It has you login and asks to setup face ID, it even sends you an email that Face ID is setup and then still requires a login everytime.

Super buggy

Every time I log in it asks me to activate my Face ID which I regularly do but it does not matter. App’s limits rarely work and when they do they are easily bypassed by changing VPN. Not worth the $10/month

Not updating

Not updating location on family not worth paying for very disappointing

No

Don't get this app for your kids

Generally. I don't think anyone should get this for their kids phones. It blocks simple apps even games for kids and it's stupid. Don't get it.

Not bad

It’s nice when it’s up to date on tracking but it doesn’t update all the time

Costs extra

You should know before installing this app that it requires a monthly surcharge. T-Mobile is pretty bad at transparency and building trust. If you don’t listen to your gut, you’ll get a subsequent punch in the stomach with the time sink to set up. The messaging and labels in the app are confusing and alarming. Seems intentional. Approach skeptically.

Broken app

Why have Face ID on your app if it still requires you to log in with a password everytime? I have it set up and enabled (and even got an email confirmation that it was good to go) yet everytime it acts like I haven’t logged in before. Requiring 2 factor authentication each time even though I checked the “remember this device” option. Typical Tmobile bloatware I guess. My son broke their vpn option even after setting it up correctly and choosing options to limit his ability to make changes to the app and vpn. Why pay for something that can be broken by a novice in less than 30 seconds?

Fix the app!!!

Keeps glitching and crashing

It’s ok

My phone started glitching really really badly after I got this out but other than that it’s really really good

$10 per month

This should be listed as in app purchase for $10 per month, very deceptive and probably breaks Apple Store rules. Should be banned until the have proper disclosures.

Costs money

It charges $10 to control data

worst app ever

bad
