Bad app!
Spent all that money to find that the app has connectivity issues. Why don’t you sort out the issues?!

No support and no updates!
This developer doesn’t provide any support for their products. We have these cams and everytime there is a phone update they stop working. Even after emailing them they didn’t help.
Used to work
App used to work great a couple of years ago but there are a lot of issues that I can’t tell if it’s the app or my Wi-Fi itself. I cannot complete one of the steps that allow me to set the password on the camera to use it.
Push notifications not working
Push notifications no longer work and to be fair have not for a long time, customer support tell you to try usual stuff then say contact Apple as must be a phone issue even though it does not work on any of my iPhone models…..
