Clients Moved/Deceased
The only issue with this app is that some of the addresses are abandoned homes, or the client moved, or are deceased. That makes this app somewhat ok and somewhat not. If they can really check the indicated addresses it would help to verify if the client is even at the listed address in the app.

Customer service stinks
Having problems with getting in the system because the system is not recognizing my password. I’ve tried to reset the password and it doesn’t work. I never receive a link to my email to get things changed. I have reached out to their customer service by phone three times. No response. I have also reached out utilizing the online portal no response and also accessing the mobile app no response if you state that you’re available to help someone then you should be available. Totally disappointed in customer service.

It used to be a good app
I have been using T 65 locator for a couple of years. In the last few months, I’ve had a number of issues, there is no customer service phone number, my emails to the Customer Service email are bounced back, and the app no longer allows for downloads for me.
