Very clunky
Sign in attempts only work about half the time. Got kicked out of app in middle of enrollment. Just an all around piece of junk.
Never works properly
Firstly Aetna has too many different apps/websites. Have one place for everything. Secondly this app never works properly when you need it to.
Flat out right garbage
May 2024. This app and the web version rarely ever work and if it ever does it’s very very outdated. I used a enrollment app back in 2009 that was very similar to this one.
There are universal enrollment apps that all companies except so I will up date this review next week with the info.

Very old design here from back in the early days of CRM technology.

Better then paper applications I guess
Using the app is better then submitting an application the old fashion way but there is a lot of things they need to work out before this app is 5 stars.
