The app has been closed No reponse fromteam on stuck payment
It became a issue this year i didnt mind because they would get back to me in 4 to 5 days but bro its been 10 days no reponse on mail have they abandoned the app or something the payments gets stuck 100% of the time and now they have stopped responding is this app officially closed?okay guys its an update in the end they didnt reply so i assume this app is closed dont purchase bevause you wont get a response

Monthly and weekly reports
This app hasn’t worked in over two years I think it’s been discontinued which is disappointing but hasn’t been fixed since 2022! This review is September 2024! Embarrassing

Although my payment was stuck and the response was not quick but still the answer that the astrologer gave to my question was really in depth and with great clarity. I would surely congratulate their team of astrologers as they pointed out to me the exact things that are my strengths and how to pursue them in future. I have given them 4 stars based on their response on my payment issue otherwise their team of astrologers is 5 stars anyday.

Don’t.
This is a glorified astrology hotline. Little (and extremely little) to no individualized insights. No astrology literature, references, or learning opportunities. It’s just a bunch of quotes and ads to buy sessions with astrologers. Sad.
Monthly and weekly reports
Stopping getting monthly and weekly reports and now I don’t get daily reports or life reports? Is it broken?( update: the app is broken I made this report in 2022 and in 2024 this app hasn’t fixed nothing at all. )
Doesn't give daily insights
I just received one insights on the day I I downloaded this application..it doesn't give insights every day. I tried opening the app manually everyday, checked all the settings, notification is on too but no luck. raising a ticket is not an option

No response
This review is not so much for the actual app but for the actual service. I asked clarification for a question on August 21, 2023. The company emailed me back and said they would look into the matter and get back to me. It is now mid October and I haven’t received any response. I sent weekly (just once a week) emails requesting a status update and nothing. Not even a simple, “We are still looking into the matter.” My husband has a session with two different astrologers and they gave us both distinctly different dates (7 month difference) for a question we posed to both.

The app is a really cool and the Info is accurate so far but I have a problem… my country code is 592 for guyana but the app got it as 595 and I can’t verify my account unless you change that…

Good answer to my question but as a student of astrology I wish there was a way to get their technical justification for the response. Especially where timelines and predictions are concerned. It would make this an even better learning tool.
Taaraka provides you answer with great accuracy.
Overall good experience but Taaraka should add a option for UPI payment directly in wallet.

Review
Ever since I updated the app, I am unable to check my daily horoscope and weekly predictions. There is no option other than "life insights".
Sudden update in app.
The insights were never even close only the daily, weekly, monthly updates were fun to read but the latest update removed them leaving only the life insights, which was enough for me. So I ended up removing the app.

I had an opportunity to talk with Mr. Ahran. I got my answers all in clear direction. Couple of things surprised about me, which I possess about a long time in my personality. I wish the Taaraka team very best. I highly recommend for astrology consultation.
