Best bank ever.
Probably one of the best banks I’ve ever had. They have been extremely helpful as well as the benefits of the checking account is frankly UNMATCHED. Everything works as it should and you pretty much get every deposit and or withdrawal faster than a standard bank. Highly recommend. 10/10 bank
Scamm bank do not use
Will fake close your account and take your money this is a scam bank.
constantly locks me out
I get locked out of my account constantly using faceid and saved passwords. I’ve had to rest my password at least every month and this isn’t even my primary account, I barely ever sign in. very frustrating and super inconvenient
Missing APR
The TAB app is average but meets most of my needs. However, this app is not as user-friendly & robust in features as my home bank, Truliant. But one very serious & glaring flaw that it does have: It fails to display the current APR on its high yield savings. This is a no-brainer they should have. I should't have to navigate to their website to find this data. Add the APR as a feature and maybe I give another star.

The bIll pay freezes after one payment
After only one payment on Bill pay and the app freezes and I could not pay another bill.I have to log out and log in again to be able to do it.Not cool!Spoke with Customer Service and told them about the problem.After one week still not fixed!!!The app was fine before,the new update screw it up and they have not fix it yet.

Clunky
They wouldn't let me deposit a check made out to me and my wife into a non-joint account even though we have both endorsed it and I have power of attorney. They say it is a security issue; however, USAA is all mobile and they allow it.
You have to request features like bill pay to be enabled (still unclear on how to setup repeat bills on a monthly basis). It is not easy to open different types of accounts from within the same login.
Banking with them for the interest rates and because they are in Utah. If their interest rates go down then I'm gone because it is not a great user experience.

External accounts
Like the addition to be able to add external accounts will be able to use the app more but it needs a little tweaking because some of the banks you add it will get an error and have to constantly keep re syncing everything u log onto the app and theses are popular banks that I’m talking about so I’m sure others are having the same issues

App cannot deposit checks
This app/bank cannot handle depositing large checks - like my normal monthly paycheck cant be deposited. Incredibly disappointed that this online bank cant handle basic online banking. Ally bank app (also online only) happily accepted my deposit without issue.

Transfers to External Account
It’s very frustrating that there is no listed time of when you can transfer money, only a cutoff time of 4:30 MDT, no given time for when you can enter a transfer. Also it appears that you may not be able to transfer money on the same day to an external account.
Great new design (with one major flaw)
I love the new design of the app. It’s much cleaner than the old version, and it’s very functional. The only problem, which is a huge issue, is that there is a bug with logging in with Face ID. I always get an error and there’s no way to bypass it, and instead I’m forced to enter my password every time to log in. Obviously the app still works, but it’s definitely not as convenient as I’d like.

New app update isn’t working!
Getting a error saying it isn’t trusted.Uninstalled and reinstalled the app on my iPhone several times, still getting an error saying the site isn’t trusted

A little buggy
App sometimes quits for no reason. App often had an error message on startup and login with Touch ID is sporadic. Maybe it’s a safety feature to, but it feels a bit buggy.
I’d like it to be really easy to log in and check balances. I’d like to feel secure that there are no errors in the app because when it’s buggy it makes me feel a bit concerned about the overall security.
Tab had a great interest rate, I’d love to stay with them. Just want everything to work really well. Thank you!!
