Bad customer service
This app is one of the most frustrating things you can use and only lets me log in about 50% of the time. I also attempted to cancel my subscription multiple times but was still charged month after month despite contacting them to help cancel my subscription.
Subscription management in app doesn't work
As of mid-April 2020, Have to contact developer/App support to manage existing subscriptions. Website didn't work
Can’t unsubscribe
Trying to unsubscribe and the app tells me to visit the website. When I do that and click unsubscribe the website tells me something went wrong and to talk to the application owner. There’s no customer service number or anything, I’ll delete this review as soon as I can find a solution.
Smartest app ever.
My best purchase of a subscription EVER. I LOVE tab hop! It encourages me and my boyfriend to go out and try new places and not stay in like little hermits. It pays for itself in like 2 drinks. Not to mention Parker, who has been so helpful with any issue with the app or subscription charges. I can’t praise this enough! Get it!
