Bad customer service
This app is one of the most frustrating things you can use and only lets me log in about 50% of the time. I also attempted to cancel my subscription multiple times but was still charged month after month despite contacting them to help cancel my subscription.
Subscription management in app doesn't work
As of mid-April 2020, Have to contact developer/App support to manage existing subscriptions. Website didn't work
Can’t unsubscribe
Trying to unsubscribe and the app tells me to visit the website. When I do that and click unsubscribe the website tells me something went wrong and to talk to the application owner. There’s no customer service number or anything, I’ll delete this review as soon as I can find a solution.
Smartest app ever.
My best purchase of a subscription EVER. I LOVE tab hop! It encourages me and my boyfriend to go out and try new places and not stay in like little hermits. It pays for itself in like 2 drinks. Not to mention Parker, who has been so helpful with any issue with the app or subscription charges. I can’t praise this enough! Get it!

Can’t even get access
Help!! I tried to create an account and when I went to put in the verification code the box to type it in disappeared. Now I have no ability to get into the app as every time I try again it says the phone number and email are already in use but when I try to login it comes up with invalid password. I even reset the password and got an email and everything but still can’t login. Can someone from the app please help?? I will certainly change my review after if I can actually login! I’ve heard all sorts of 5 star review worthy testaments from friends!! I just want to be a part of the app!! Help!!!!!!

All you have to do is get three drinks in a month and you’ve already made money. Big time.
Bugs
Seems like a great concept but I can’t utilize it because it won’t load. Every time I log in I just get a blank white screen. Would definitely use frequently once all the kinks are ironed out

Awesome selection of bars AND you get a free drink every day. Awesome idea and interface.

I can’t believe this actually works at all my favorite places in Fort Collins. This is an awesome idea. Love he user experience of the app, too.
