Awful service, sneaking information

Apartments in the São Paulo downtown are located near night clubs that work the whole night during 4 days a week and the staff try to hide this information. Support is hard to contact and the communication is very inefficient. A lot of problems with electronic pins to enter the apartments and poor cleanliness.
