This app has one of the worst search functions I’ve ever used. It’s unbelievably bad. Even when I search using the exact restaurant name, I still get irrelevant results or can’t find it at all. The filters are a mess, the ranking makes no sense, and the whole search system feels completely broken.
A restaurant review platform lives or dies by its search function, and somehow this app fails at the most basic task. It’s frustrating, time-consuming, and makes the app almost unusable. Stop adding unnecessary features and fix the search. Until then, this deserves one star.

I booked a restaurant 2 days ago but it told me the reservation was cancelled. Therefore I didn’t go there but 2 days later it suddenly charged me 10000yen? It is a fraudulent app

예약금 선결제
텅 비어져 있는 식당 예약하면서 인당 440엔 예약금을 받네요. 약관 미리 꼼꼼히 안 본 실수이지만 구글별점 갖고 예약하는 건 무리가 있는 것 같아요.
이걸로 하면 굳이 안내도되는 돈을 내야됨
아니 당연히 다른 예약어플에서는 디파짓 돌려주길래 그런건줄알았는데 시스템이용료 뭐임 그지같은 번역 이거 해줬다고 받는거임? 일본어로 하면 안받는걸? 이걸로 예약하지마시길..쌩돈나감

This app is pretty much required to make reservations in restaurants. Unfortunately the UX of the app is horrible. Developers should really invest into improving this app’s design and usability.
