Used to be a free app , helped me to book an inn in Ine , kyoto in 2017, but there are no replies to my queries now… guess they are expecting some fees . 1star

This app is quite useful but lacks some improvements.
Waste of Time for reservations!!!
I had a four day conversation going repeatedly asking them to book me reservations close to my hotel and they kept delaying and after 5 days i have no reservations! HUGE LET DOWN! Don’t waste your money!

I like that this app helps people who travel to Japan get real info about the places they want to visit. Especially latest information which you may not get from the internet.
You would usually get quick responses and concierges are super friendly!
And I also love the fact that you can watch tabiko tv where concierges post videos about places all around Japan.

Excelente herramienta / excellent tool
I had doubts before I used it. It was an excellent tool to deal with the near impossible communication with most of the high end restaurants in Tokyo. The team of Tabiko not only help with it but also give some advise.

Worked well until it didn’t
Worked well in the beginning. But then I got signed out for some reason and couldn’t sign back in. Tried to reset password but it took forever to get the reset password email and even when I finally received the email and tried the reset my password the app just doesn’t do anything. You press ‘ok’ or log in and nothing happens.

Very helpful and I wish more people knew about this app when traveling. Our concierge was able to help us find restaurants, make reservations, and give us more info on events. I feel like this app would be great for anyone traveling who doesn’t know the language well.

Amazing App!
I can’t believe the amazing service I’ve just received with this app. I had some tricky questions about the best type of travel for my trip. I sent Mika my itinerary and she reviewed it and answered everything for me. I’ve heard a lot about the Japanese

What a find, I would say to any person visiting Japan download this app it’s the best

Wonderful app with responsive locals to help you plan the perfect stay in Japan. I used this to visit Kyoto and Tokyo. From booking hotels and finding the best restaurants to figuring out if the Kyoto station has lockers big enough to store my luggage.

It’s good still..but
I used to like this app. Very fast responses and very helpful people. The first few times I didn’t get charged for asking them to make reservations. But now, they ask for 1000yen for one successful reservation. It’s a bit unreasonable. Let’s say I am travelling for 2 weeks, and everyday I need to make at least 2 reservations, that will cost me a bomb and that amount can pay for meals already. I know it’s a free app, I would rather pay for the app, than paying so much for one reservation.

Jessie was so kind and sweet! I’m currently planning a trip to Japan. However, because I’m only in the process of budgeting, it will be a couple of years until I make the jump to go. Nonetheless, Jessie still took the time to answer all of my questions and offered to assist me in planning an itinerary! I cannot rate this app highly enough. I never leave a review of any app, but the helpfulness and time the staff (especially Mika!) take to answer my never ending questions is commendable. If travelling to Japan, do yourself a favour and download this app!!!

This is a great app to use when you are in Japan. The staff was very helpful and answered my questions very quickly. I suggest you get a mobile wifi router or a data plan so you can chat with them in real time.
