Wonky and no support
I paid for lifetime access from their old website, for two programs. App support has been contacted a few times for help, no follow through. They insist that it’s loaded, but no action. Really frustrating & disappointing experience. App crashes a lot.
App seems incomplete
There just is not good carry over from the website to the app. I have the unlimited subscription and pay 34.99 a month yet can access anything through the app. Which kinda blows. Also I was told by the website that I’d be able to access the body weight fundamental program through the unlimited subscription but still haven’t been able to. I reached out like a week ago and still haven’t heard back from anyone. Really good workouts but not the best delivery.

Questionable
Purchased the all access and the app did not grant access. Having to get their support to resolve the issue. This really is a not a good start.
Amazing content, but needs a few tweaks.
Crashes sometimes and for some reason it won’t allow you to save login information, so you need to keep typing it in. Would give it 5 stars if those issues are fixed.
