for absolutely ages now me and everyone i know with the app has been unable to get the point redeem code.

I used to use this all the time. I receive emails rvsry week for new offers/menu items. App opens but it can’t seem to find any restaurants near me to order from. I live in London 🙈
Most complicated app ever
Got a free taco on the app for downloading it, so I went to the touchscreens in store to order my food. I couldn’t figure out how to add my free taco to the order, as it gives me a four digit reward code and the touchscreen kept saying the code was invalid. The staff mentioned a QR code and even they couldn’t find one on the app, so I had to go to the till so they could do it for me. It needs a QR code you can scan and the option of adding it to the Apple Wallet.

Redeeming points
My app used to work every time I would either scan my app at the kiosk to get my rewards or I would order on the app to collect and since the newest update of the app the store I go to doesn’t even come up as one of the locations anymore and I can’t even scan at the kiosk really ruined the app for me

Everything works hard from you can’t scan your QR code in the shop because I tried to use and it still doesn’t work but you can finally order things online

i have two places that have a taco bell near my area yet when i type it up in locations it doesnt show up, which doesnt help as i cant redeem my points
Doesn’t Work
The new update is terrible, the many reviews saying the same thing confirm it. You are no longer able to collect reward points using this new code system. Very very disappointing and they should look into fixing this asap
My local Taco Bell isn’t listed
The old app was awful, this one looks much better but I haven’t had a chance to use it as my local branch of Taco Bell isn’t on it!

You had around a month & fixed nothing - please test your app before making it live. Code won’t show and I refuse to order until it does.

Still Broken
Was so excited to see that they finally updated the app as it was always broken before. Still is. My store doesn’t show up on the locations and the app fails to give me a kiosk code when requested. Why they gotta gatekeep my points man.
Generate code, can’t do it.
I love Taco Bell, probably one of my favourite fast foods, with the app and collecting points it makes it even more desirable. However since the update you can’t generate a code to scan at the kiosk. I’m hoping that this can be fixed soon as possible, till then I will have to go without points :(
Bad update
Can’t redeem points anymore as the app won’t give me a good and the app looks even worse then before, looks like it was designed for an iPhone 5 or something

App does not work and you cannot get a code to redeem rewards. My local taco bell in High Wycombe is not on the app as well
Worst app ever
Apparently there are only 3 taco bells in the uk, una le to place an order ahead of time and you can’t ever claim the rewards. Don’t see the point in it
