Line took very long moved very slowly, added guacamole to super nachos (which has never been added before) disgusting had to scrape off before I could eat it
Noticing a glitch and possible improvement to app.
Just tried to place an online order and it’s telling me I have to order two drinks with the combo orders. And wanting to customize my order I can’t choose to not have something on the burrito. Wish we could say like don’t want hot sauce or something on the meal. Also not all drink options are on the app. My store carries root beer and wouldn’t give me the option even. And usually I choose pick up in drive thru and choose my time. Today didn’t give me the option. Only in store pick up for time. Otherwise app seems easy to use just needs improvement.

This facility is always clean and service is great. I just became a Taco John’s fan again after a long time away. Love those Ole’s!

Poor UI/UX
This app does NOT allow you to fully customize your meals. There is no “no ice” feature for the drinks. And everything is a drop down menu in the app
Needs improvement
Staff was very short when we were placing our order, 2 orders in front of us waited 8 minutes or longer for their food and we were asked to pull forward as they were waiting on meat to cook at 7:40, finally got our order at 7:52. Girl was very apologetic

Needed a snack after shopping, so I stopped for a couple mexirolls with nacho cheese sauce and a cherry fizz. Exceptional. In fact, the mexirolls were cooked to perfection and better than ever!I’m so coming back for more. Why oh why are they always only temporary?!

No beans for 6 pack
I saved up all of my points to get a free 6 pack and a pound and as I reached my points, I was given a $2 off coupon. I decided to order with the coupon and save my points for another time, and I found out I cannot substitute beef for beans like I can on most other items. What an absolute waste I’m so mad that I cannot get the same menu items I could get when I worked for the company 16 years ago. They never had a problem doing beans or allowing nacho to be added to certain items… now the app is all twisted on what it will and will not allow. I can’t even ask for extra taco sauce on certain items or change certain hot sauce items to be mild instead. Altogether Taco John’s has a lot of work to do before this app is actually able to provide you the same things you can walk up to the counter and order.

This app is garbage.
Not only are the prices OUT OF CONTROL, your worthless app NEVER lets me add my rewards or redeem the offers you send me in my inbox. Garbage. Absolute garbage. I bring it up at the actual location, they tell me too bad. I’m done eating there. I can’t afford it, especially if you won’t let me use my rewards or the offers you idiots send me.
