Poor UI/UX
This app does NOT allow you to fully customize your meals. There is no “no ice” feature for the drinks. And everything is a drop down menu in the app
Needs improvement
Staff was very short when we were placing our order, 2 orders in front of us waited 8 minutes or longer for their food and we were asked to pull forward as they were waiting on meat to cook at 7:40, finally got our order at 7:52. Girl was very apologetic

Mexirolls
Needed a snack after shopping, so I stopped for a couple mexirolls with nacho cheese sauce and a cherry fizz. Exceptional. In fact, the mexirolls were cooked to perfection and better than ever!I’m so coming back for more. Why oh why are they always only temporary?!

No beans for 6 pack
I saved up all of my points to get a free 6 pack and a pound and as I reached my points, I was given a $2 off coupon. I decided to order with the coupon and save my points for another time, and I found out I cannot substitute beef for beans like I can on most other items. What an absolute waste I’m so mad that I cannot get the same menu items I could get when I worked for the company 16 years ago. They never had a problem doing beans or allowing nacho to be added to certain items… now the app is all twisted on what it will and will not allow. I can’t even ask for extra taco sauce on certain items or change certain hot sauce items to be mild instead. Altogether Taco John’s has a lot of work to do before this app is actually able to provide you the same things you can walk up to the counter and order.

This app is garbage.
Not only are the prices OUT OF CONTROL, your worthless app NEVER lets me add my rewards or redeem the offers you send me in my inbox. Garbage. Absolute garbage. I bring it up at the actual location, they tell me too bad. I’m done eating there. I can’t afford it, especially if you won’t let me use my rewards or the offers you idiots send me.

You changed the app, almost had a free six pack. Now all my points are just gone. What the heck? Now charging for tomatoes, portions smaller. Taco johns has gone down hill.

The food was great! You sure get your moneys worth! The employees are SUPER wonderful. The counter gal even helped carry my order to my vehicle! You can’t get better service than that. I will definitely be coming back and will tell my friends to come here!
Best Service Ever
I worked at a Taco John’s in high school and during college so I love the brand and the food. I’ve been to dozens of Taco John’s locations throughout my life and my experience today was probably the best I’ve ever had. The place is clean and very inviting. The food quality and presentation was absolutely perfect. The staff is out of this world friendly. The gal at the front counter taking orders is incredibly friendly. She never stops working and finding something to do, from helping customers, to making sure the restaurant is clean. I had time to kill before a meeting so I sat in the lobby to eat. The interaction between the manager and the employees is amazing and I have to believe this place is very successful. The manager clearly has excellent leadership abilities. Congratulations on a great customer experience and thank you for a surprisingly wonderful lunch experience.
