Horrible
Very poorly programmed app, for a number of reasons, but what prompted me to finally write a review today is it let me place an order to a location at 10:30am, gave an ETA of 10:35 for it being ready, only for me to get to the location and see it doesn’t even open until 11! No way to cancel either, and I don’t see a customer service number, so I’m forced to choose between waiting half an hour or losing my money. Ridiculous.

99% of the app doesn’t work
I use the app exclusively for the $1.39 menu, which it is able to place an order. However, that seems to be practically the only thing it can do.
It doesn’t save my favorite location or payment details, making me re-enter my card every time I want to order. This should be the primary feature of the app, to reduce friction of placing orders.

Why have an ap
The absolute worst Ap I have ever installed and used. Does NOT work the majority of the time. And you certainly are not going to get any help at the store with it. Out of the 4 people standing there, including the Manager, the BEST response was “wow, we don’t anything about the Ap or how to help”. I will say, it keeps me from eating there more frequently.

I live in PA. According to the app, now, there are no stores outside of KS or OK…. If I can’t order in advance from my local stores, what’s the point of the app?
Great food, great price.
Taco Bell can’t make Mexican food. Taco Mayo can. It actually tastes good and they’ve got great prices.

No menu, won’t allow new order, has test order only , no checkout. Needs work
App Not Working
05/14/24 logged in & selected my location. Selected drive thru & it opens a screen with the 2 brisket empanada options & wont let you navigate to any other menu options.

Used To Be Great!
I used to use this app all of the time. Now when I try it says it charges me, then it completely erases everything and the order disappears, not even making it to the location. It’s the only way I ever ordered from this restaurant so I’ve not had delicious Taco Mayo for months now! Wish the app still worked for me.

Don’t use!
Downloaded the app for the 1st time last night. Hubby put the order in and click checkout. Got to the restaurant and our order was $81! We didn’t order that much food. Order was way wrong. Got things we didn’t originally order. Things we did order was wrong. When we ordered a number of items we got triple the amount. Which we paid for but he didn’t pay attention to the price.

Garbage
Security nightmare. Asks for all of your personal information for no reason at all. No privacy statement at all. Fire your app builders. Seriously. You can build apps exactly like this without asking for any personal information whatsoever. You simply have to use Apple Pay. Deleting immediately.
